From the back office in our office in Hasselt you ensure the smooth running of all events.
You support and relieve Party Constructions managers with the practical organization of various events and fairs.
Behind the scenes you are responsible for the preparation of the events from A to Z; planning, maintaining customer and partner contacts, making plans for employees, processing working hours, drawing up quotations and contracts, passing on orders, invoicing, etc.
You take the lead in all kinds of administrative tasks that come with it.
Your profile
You are administratively super strong and you are a real 'doer'.
You are stress-resistant and flexible in thinking and working.
You are a real plant tractor who likes to work independently.
You are communicatively strong, both Dutch and French, spoken and written.
You have a solid basic knowledge of PC skills and you are familiar with the common MS-office packages.
Affinity with the event sector is a bonus, but not a must.
