Your function
  • You are, as it were, a “regulator” who steers everything in the right direction.
  • From the back office in our office in Hasselt you ensure the smooth running of all events.
  • You support and relieve Party Constructions managers with the practical organization of various events and fairs.
  • Behind the scenes you are responsible for the preparation of the events from A to Z; planning, maintaining customer and partner contacts, making plans for employees, processing working hours, drawing up quotations and contracts, passing on orders, invoicing, etc.
  • You take the lead in all kinds of administrative tasks that come with it.
Your profile
  • You are administratively super strong and you are a real 'doer'.
  • You are stress-resistant and flexible in thinking and working.
  • You are a real plant tractor who likes to work independently.
  • You are communicatively strong, both Dutch and French, spoken and written.
  • You have a solid basic knowledge of PC skills and you are familiar with the common MS-office packages.
  • Affinity with the event sector is a bonus, but not a must.
